Ingredients:
For Monkey Bread:
- 2 cans Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits, each cut into thirds
- 6 full-size Snickers bars, each cut into 8 pieces
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
For Peanut Butter Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F and generously greasing a Bundt pan.
- Take each piece of Snickers and wrap it with one piece of biscuit dough, forming a ball for each. Set these dough-wrapped Snickers balls aside and repeat the process until all biscuits are used.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar, whisking until well mixed.
- Gently toss the biscuit-wrapped Snickers pieces in the melted butter and brown sugar mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
- Arrange half of the coated pieces in the prepared Bundt pan and sprinkle half of the mini chocolate chips over them. Repeat this layering with the remaining pieces and chocolate chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the edges of the monkey bread become golden and it’s cooked through.
- While the monkey bread is baking, prepare the peanut butter glaze by mixing together the powdered sugar, peanut butter, milk, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until the glaze is smooth and light in color.
- Once the monkey bread is done baking, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes. Then, drizzle the peanut butter glaze over the top.
- Serve and enjoy your delightful monkey bread!
