Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups pretzel pieces, crushed
  • ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant pudding, vanilla or cheesecake flavor
  • 2 cups cold milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the crushed pretzel pieces, chopped pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Spread the pretzel mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 7-9 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the pudding mix, milk, and granulated sugar, and continue mixing until the mixture thickens.
  5. Fold in one tub of cool whip and both drained cans of pineapple, then spread this cream mixture into a 9×13-inch pan.
  6. Spread the remaining tub of cool whip over the top, then sprinkle with the cooled pretzel mixture.
