  • Zest of 1 orange
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
  • 2 cans (10 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon orange extract

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190°C) and generously grease a large bundt pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of sugar with the orange zest, mixing until well blended.
  3. In another small bowl, whisk together the fresh orange juice, melted butter, and optional orange extract, if desired.
  4. Take the refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  5. Dip each piece of biscuit dough into the orange juice mixture, making sure they are thoroughly coated, and then roll them in the sugar mixture.
  6. Arrange the sugar-coated biscuit pieces evenly in the prepared bundt pan.
  7. Pour any remaining orange juice mixture over the top of the biscuit pieces.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the bread has a delightful golden brown crust.
  9. After baking, allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before flipping it onto a serving plate.
  10. This scrumptious orange-infused pull-apart bread is ready to be served immediately. Enjoy!
