INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup dry biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- Preheat the oven to 400ยบ F and lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate with butter or non-stick spray.
- Spread the diced ham evenly on the bottom of the greased pie dish, then sprinkle chopped onions and grated Swiss cheese on top.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, milk, and biscuit mix until smooth. Season the mixture with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham, onions, and cheese in the pie dish.
- Place the pie dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
