Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Place the chicken wing sections in a large bowl.
- Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl and toss to coat the wings evenly. Then, add cornstarch and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket, shaking off any excess mixture. If needed, work in batches to ensure the wings are in a single layer.
- Set the air fryer timer for 28 minutes. After 10 minutes, shake the basket to ensure even cooking. Then, flip the wings over after another 8 minutes.
- Once cooked, plate the wings, serve, and enjoy!
