Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1/3 cup cubed butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Asiago cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- Start by boiling the cauliflower florets in one inch of water for approximately 10-12 minutes or until they are tender when pierced with a fork. Drain the cauliflower and set it aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the dry bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, grated Asiago cheese, minced fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, brown the cubed butter over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Once it turns brown, remove it from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.
- Pour the browned butter and lemon juice mixture over the cauliflower in a deep baking pan or casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cauliflower.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cauliflower begins to brown on top.
