  • 6 sandwich rolls, sliced lengthwise, but leave the long side attached
  • 18 slices deli ham
  • 18 slices Genoa salami
  • 18 slices mortadella
  • 1 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

FOR SERVING:

  • Italian dressing
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Pepperoncinis
  • Sliced tomatoes

PREPARATION:

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the sandwich rolls, sliced side up, in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake them in the oven for 5 minutes, then remove the dish from the oven.
  3. Fold the deli ham slices and add 2-3 slices per roll. Continue with the Genoa salami and mortadella, also adding 2-3 slices of each per roll.
  4. Spread the banana pepper slices evenly on top of the meat. Then, break each slice of provolone cheese in half and place it on top of the other ingredients.
  5. Return the baking dish to the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Your mouthwatering sandwiches are now ready to be served. Pair them with Italian dressing and any desired toppings, such as shredded iceberg lettuce, pepperoncinis, and sliced tomatoes.
