- 6 sandwich rolls, sliced lengthwise, but leave the long side attached
- 18 slices deli ham
- 18 slices Genoa salami
- 18 slices mortadella
- 1 cup banana peppers, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 slices provolone cheese
FOR SERVING:
- Italian dressing
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Pepperoncinis
- Sliced tomatoes
PREPARATION:
- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F.
- Place the sandwich rolls, sliced side up, in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake them in the oven for 5 minutes, then remove the dish from the oven.
- Fold the deli ham slices and add 2-3 slices per roll. Continue with the Genoa salami and mortadella, also adding 2-3 slices of each per roll.
- Spread the banana pepper slices evenly on top of the meat. Then, break each slice of provolone cheese in half and place it on top of the other ingredients.
- Return the baking dish to the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
- Your mouthwatering sandwiches are now ready to be served. Pair them with Italian dressing and any desired toppings, such as shredded iceberg lettuce, pepperoncinis, and sliced tomatoes.
