- 1 package (16 oz) of medium shell pasta
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 small sweet onion, chopped
- 1 jar (2 oz) pimentos, drained
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- Begin by cooking the shell pasta according to the instructions provided on the package. Once cooked, drain the pasta well and set it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, celery seed, mayonnaise, sour cream, granulated sugar, mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk these ingredients together until they form a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
- Add the cooked pasta, chopped hard-boiled eggs, chopped celery, chopped onion, drained pimentos, and chopped green bell pepper to the bowl. Carefully fold all the ingredients together until they are evenly coated with the dressing.
