AIR FRYER DRY RUB RIBS

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste for desired spice level)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke (optional but adds great flavor)
  • 1 rack of baby back ribs or beef ribs

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and Liquid Smoke.
  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  3. Place the ribs into the air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cut the ribs to fit.
  4. Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F and cook for 20 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check if the ribs are fully cooked. If not, continue cooking in intervals until they reach the desired internal temperature.
  5. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the air fryer, plate, and serve. Enjoy your flavorful ribs!
