Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste for desired spice level)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke (optional but adds great flavor)
- 1 rack of baby back ribs or beef ribs
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and Liquid Smoke.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the ribs into the air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cut the ribs to fit.
- Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F and cook for 20 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check if the ribs are fully cooked. If not, continue cooking in intervals until they reach the desired internal temperature.
- Once cooked, remove the ribs from the air fryer, plate, and serve. Enjoy your flavorful ribs!
