FOR THE SALAD: 1 head iceberg lettuce, roughly chopped 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges 1 cup Swiss cheese, julienned 1 cup smoked ham, julienned 1/2 cup pimento-stuffed green olives 1 cup quartered marinated artichokes, halved 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
PREPARATION To prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually incorporate vinegar to form an emulsion, then whisk in salt and pepper. Refrigerate until needed. In a large serving bowl, combine chopped lettuce, tomato wedges, ham, Swiss cheese, olives, artichokes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the prepared dressing, toss gently to mix, and serve. Enjoy!
